NI-Advanced Practice Provider, Gynecologic Oncology (NP)

Completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.

• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois, either the Adult (APRN-ANP), Adult/Gerontology Acute Care (AGACNP), Adult/Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP), or the Women's Health (WHNP) specialty.
  • Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board.
• Required Work Experience:
  • Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
• Required Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
