About the role
This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, with a strong emphasis on breast oncology in the ambulatory setting. You would join a collegial and collaborative team of seven Surgical Oncologists and two Advanced Practice Providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide independent patient care in the outpatient clinic
- Perform minor outpatient procedures
- Conduct post-operative follow-up visits and assessments
- Manage inpatient responsibilities, including rounding and post-operative checks
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, APP colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Current (or eligible) certification to practice as a PA or APRN in NH
- Successful completion of an approved PA/APRN program. Master's degree required
- Eligible for licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Prior experience in surgical oncology or a related surgical specialty preferred
