About the role

Assist with day-to-day operations of the department.

Responsibilities

• Minimum qualifications: Must be a current University of La Verne student.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience working backstage on more than one high school or college theatre production.
• Experience completing projects related to building or construction or craft at home or at another institution, or demonstrate through a portfolio or a letter of recommendation, a familiarity with tools and techniques related to the theatre such as sewing, painting, drawing, graphic design, carpentry, electrics, electronics, computer software, video, or computer programming.
• Patience, a sense of humor, and a sincere desire to help others achieve the highest levels of success in technical theatre in order to foster life long learning, diversity, and community building.
