We'll have sections:
About the Role

Responsibilities
- ...list...
Requirements
- ...education/experience list...
- ...residence requirement...
Skills
Maybe we can include computer skills, communication, technology proficiency. But those are already in requirements. Could separate but risk thin. Better to keep them under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we already have Requirements covering education/experience and certifications, we could put skills under Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think: we have About, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Could also include Qualifications (judgment, supervisory, relationships, working conditions) but we might incorporate some into Requirements or Responsibilities. However working conditions partly overlaps schedule. We'll keep schedule separate. Qualifications could include judgment, supervisory responsibility, relationships responsibility, working conditions (excluding schedule). But we already have schedule separate; we could put working conditions (excluding schedule) under Qualifications. But we must ensure each section has substantive content. Let's draft: About the Role: intro paragraph. Responsibilities: combined bullet list. Requirements: education/experience, certifications, driver license, residence requirement.
