About the role
Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop, appliances, window treatment, doors & trim, wire shelving, and glass enclosure products, along with expert installation services and design studio solutions, to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, and Fort Myers. We are seeking a Home / Field Manager to support our Orlando market. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our builder partners, ensuring seamless, timely, and successful delivery of solutions across all product categories.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate installation of products.
- Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams.
- Perform onsite inspections for quality control prior to installation and communicate progress to Project Coordinators, Department Managers, and Builder partners.
- Identify issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, emergencies, etc., and provide solutions, changes, or corrections.
- Follow up to ensure completion and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home construction.
- Excellent technical skills with an understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints.
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate, and monitor multiple projects with little supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
