About the role

We are looking for a team member to help build and scale nexos.ai, an enterprise AI platform designed to empower organisations to automate work using configurable AI Agents and intelligent workflows. Unlike basic chatbots or standalone LLM interfaces, our platform enables teams to create and deploy autonomous agents that handle real business tasks—from generating interview summaries and sales account briefs to analysing employee engagement or drafting onboarding guides.

Pre-built templates help teams launch useful agents quickly, while our no-code builder allows for custom agent creation tailored to specific tasks and connected tools. Agents integrate with real systems such as Slack, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Confluence, and HR or CRM platforms, giving them contextual awareness and the ability to perform meaningful actions based on organisational data.

The platform also includes secure governance features, role-based access, and compliance controls, making it suitable for larger enterprises dealing with data security and policy requirements. By centralising access to multiple LLMs and providing observability into usage, nexos.ai aims to reduce fragmentation, drive productivity, and help companies scale AI adoption across departments.
