About the role
KEYE is seeking a creative full-time News Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience shooting and editing ENG footage from a network affiliate news organization.
Responsibilities
- Cover day-to-day general, in-depth features and investigative assignments
- Shoot full high-definition (HD) on media cards and edit on desktops and laptops
- Use strong editing skills in non-linear edit systems
- Produce good stories under tight deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of shooting experience and technical knowledge of editing and photo equipment
- Team-player who can produce good stories under tight deadlines
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to operate ENG news vehicles
- Able to edit and shoot general assignment stories, live shots, and natural sound packages
- Able to lift and carry between 25 and 50 pounds on a regular basis
