New York, Washington, DC - Antitrust - Transactional Midlevel Associate
About the role
Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm or US agency experience and excellent academic credentials to join our antitrust practice in the New York or Washington, D.C. office.
Responsibilities
- Two to five years of transactional antitrust experience, including HSR, deal counseling and contract negotiation, dataroom management, and all aspects of merger investigations (including Second Request compliance) before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other enforcement agencies.
- Some merger control and foreign direct investment experience.
- Experience with other substantive antitrust compliance counseling work and antitrust litigation outside of the transactional area also desired.
- Exhibit excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and ability to multi-task across matters.
Requirements
- New York or District of Columbia bar membership required.
