New York Store Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer service.
• Manage and maintain the property, including lock checks and unit showings.
• Sell self-storage spaces, manage the leasing process, accept payments, and complete daily bank deposits.
• Process invoices, manage reports, and handle legal processes related to auctions.
• Oversee the store's expense budget, manage supplies, and maintain retail inventory.
• Perform physical property maintenance tasks such as cleaning units, grounds, and facility upkeep.
• Maintain a clean and safe storage facility according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
