Responsibilities
- Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
- Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
- Maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
- Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
- Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
- Processing invoices, managing reports, and legal process of auctions.
- Overseeing the store’s expense budget while maintaining store supplies and retail inventory.
Requirements
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS office products.
- The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
