Responsibilities
- Driving the growth and retention of a high-value client portfolio through strategic clienteling and CRM activities;
- Analyzing the results and implement action plans defined with the headquarters and guarantee follow-up at the store level;
- Leading, motivating, and continuously developing the team through training sessions and regular performance reviews;
- Managing inventory levels, stocktakes, and product flows to ensure optimal product availability;
- Oversight of all administrative, cash-handling, and reporting processes within the store;
- Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and quality standards;
- Promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally.
Requirements
- Relevant retail management experience in the luxury sector;
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
- Strong customer management abilities, service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
- Fluent communication in English, Italian would be a plus.
Pay
Salary Range: 100.000$ – 110.000$
