New York (remote) Bilingual School Occupational Therapist

About the role

TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students during school hours. The position is for a licensed and experienced bilingual (Spanish) occupational therapist on a contractual (1099) basis. The caseload is around 25 students for the school year, with potential for growth to a larger caseload. The role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and the fulfillment of making a real impact in students' lives.

Requirements

• Independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working on your own computer from home
• Excellent communication skills via email and phone
• Full licensure in your state of residence, allowing independent clinical practice
• Full licensure in state(s) where TPL is hiring, or willingness to become licensed
• Functional understanding of electronic devices
• A reliable Internet connection and a private space or office, free from distractions, in which to practice

Skills

• Experience with school-based practice (preferred)
• Experience providing remote, virtual services (preferred)
