Responsibilities Provide remote monitoring services that support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy programDirect and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platformGive ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinicMaintain the records and notes required while providing remote monitoringHelp improve the processes and functionality of the platformOrganize and manage a caseload while staying efficient Requirements Credentials Graduated from an accredited physical therapy programActive PTA license in New York Skills And Experience Tech savvy: you thrive in a multi-platform environment and switch comfortably between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) without missing a beatExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisionsStrong relationship-building and listening skillsAbility to multi-task and manage various types of usersAbility to work independently with limited supervisionThe flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment What You Bring As a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you doDemonstrated patient focus and a genuine passion for the user and their experienceThe ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplaceAn independent, proactive work style, quick and flexible thinking, and an open, inquisitive approachEagerness to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problemPassion for health and wellness A plus 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal healthExperience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
