Licensed PTA - Home Health Visits

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Perform home visits to provide compassionate patient-centered care
• Observe patient progress, document findings, and modify interventions as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and fall prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Virginia PTA license
• Minimum one year of clinical experience
• Knowledge of home health regulations
• Current CPR certification
