About the role

Provide physical therapy assistance in a home care setting, following established treatment plans under supervision. Deliver equitable, patient-centered care in diverse home environments.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients in prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety techniques
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatments
• Adhere to state laws and regulations governing physical therapy assistance
• Perform only those procedures for which you are qualified
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability for weekend work

Preferred Skills

• Current CPR certification
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility tasks

Pay

Compensation is based on visit points and hourly pay.
