• Upkeep of Appearance – Provide upkeep of the appearance of the building and property by sweeping hallways, stairs, and storage spaces, including restroom areas.
• Cleaning Vacated Units – Clean vacated units on a timely basis and prepare units for future rentals.
• Reporting Maintenance – Report maintenance requirements, potential equipment failures, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Daily Storage Unit Inspections – Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to be rented.

Qualifications

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate and interact professionally with teammates and customers.
• Make basic repairs; use handheld tools and equipment.
• Must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Frequent physical activity – Stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Travel to and from other facilities for various tasks as directed.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
