Custodian - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the storage facility.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, landscaping, and painting.
• Clean vacated units promptly and prepare them for future rentals.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm availability and readiness for rental.
• Report maintenance requirements, equipment failures, and unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate and interact professionally with both teammates and customers.
• Have the ability to perform basic repairs using handheld tools and equipment.
• Be able to work on Saturdays.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Travel to and from other facilities for various tasks as directed.

Compensation

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
