- Clean Vacant Units – Clean vacated units on a timely basis and prepare units for future rentals.
- Report Maintenance – Report maintenance requirements, potential equipment failures, and unsafe conditions to management.
- Unit Inspections – Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to be rented.
Qualifications
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communicate and interact professionally with teammates and customers.
- Make basic repairs; use handheld tools and equipment.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Physical Requirements – Frequently stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Travel – Required to travel daily to and from other facilities for various tasks as directed.
- Authorization to Work – Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
