New York Attorney – Workers’ Compensation/Litigation

Responsibilities

• Represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions
• Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters
• Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations
• Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals

Qualifications

• New York-Barred Attorney
• A passion for litigating
• A desire to dominate a specialist niche

Pay

CLEAR COMPENSATIONAt LOIS all attorneys have a base salary with clear fixed bonuses in place. We set an annual billable budget based on your preferences, beginning at 1,852 per year.
