New York Attorney – Workers’ Compensation/Litigation

About the role

The qualified applicant is a New York-Barred Attorney with a passion for litigating and a desire to dominate a specialist niche. This role requires a willingness to stand up for your clients, to be an advocate, and to ensure a fair court process for all parties. You will have significant client contact and opportunities to present creative strategies in court.

Qualifications

• New York bar in good standing is required.
• Litigation and trial experience preferred.
• Successful candidates must be ambitious and driven, possess a strong work ethic and have good interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
