Call now to schedule an interview: 812-222-6111, extension 75715 Location: Greensburg, Indiana Company: Road & Rail Services 1st Shift Pay: $16.00 per hour 2nd Shift Pay: $17.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | On-Site Get Behind the Wheel of Brand-New Vehicles Road & Rail Services is hiring New Vehicle Drivers to support operations at the Honda facility in Greensburg, Indiana. In this position, you will drive newly manufactured Honda vehicles from the production area to designated parking locations throughout the facility. This is a hands-on driving position for someone who prefers an active workday instead of sitting behind a desk. You will frequently enter and exit vehicles, walk between parking areas, and work outside in changing weather conditions. Previous automotive or transportation experience is not required. We provide the training, safety equipment, and instructions you need to get started. Your Responsibilities As a New Vehicle Driver, you will: Drive newly manufactured vehicles safely through the facility Transport vehicles from production areas to assigned parking locations Follow established driving routes, speed limits, and traffic procedures Park vehicles accurately according to customer instructions Operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions Enter and exit multiple vehicles throughout the shift Assist with vehicle location and inventory tracking Inspect vehicles for visible concerns before moving them Report vehicle damage, safety hazards, or operational concerns Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all Road & Rail Services and customer safety requirements Complete additional duties based on operational needs What You'll Need To qualify for this position, you must have: A current and valid state-issued driver's license The ability to safely operate automatic vehicles A dependable attendance and punctuality record The ability to follow written and verbal directions The ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other conditions The physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and repeatedly enter and exit vehicles A safety-first attitude The ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members Compensation And Benefits Road & Rail Services offers: $16.00 per hour for first shift$17.00 per hour for second shiftWeekly payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchingPaid holidays and vacationAnnual safety-shoe allowanceCompany-provided personal protective equipmentTraining and advancement opportunitiesA veteran-friendly workplace Start Your Next Opportunity Road & Rail Services has provided transportation and rail-related services throughout North America since 1987.
