New Vehicle Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive newly manufactured vehicles safely through the facility
• Transport vehicles from production areas to assigned parking locations
• Follow established driving routes, speed limits, and traffic procedures
• Park vehicles accurately according to customer instructions
• Operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
• Enter and exit multiple vehicles throughout the shift
• Assist with vehicle location and inventory tracking
• Inspect vehicles for visible concerns before moving them
• Report vehicle damage, safety hazards, or operational concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all Road & Rail Services and customer safety requirements
• Complete additional duties based on operational needs

Requirements

• A current and valid state-issued driver's license
• The ability to safely operate automatic vehicles
• A dependable attendance and punctuality record
• The ability to follow written and verbal directions
• The ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other conditions
• The physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and repeatedly enter and exit vehicles
• A safety-first attitude
• The ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members
