About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced New/Used Car Salesperson and Financial Specialist to join our team at Extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional buying experience for our customers
- Manage your deals and gain proficiency in finance management and sales management aspects
- Greet and engage customers professionally, understanding their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits based on customer requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, as well as competitor models
- Aid customers in finding the vehicle that best meets their needs and budget
- Create and maintain a strong online presence to drive sales through social media and other digital channels
- Develop and implement compelling financing solutions tailored to individual customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Complete necessary sales paperwork and ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Attend sales meetings and participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and skills in sales, finance management, and deal management
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area, ensuring the cleanliness of the showroom and display vehicles
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in automotive sales, finance management, or sales management is required
- Proven track record of managing and closing deals successfully
- Strong social media presence, digital and personal marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed sales expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to learn dealership software systems quickly
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
