New Technology & Digitalization Development Specialist

About the role

Responsible for analysing operational processes for all value chains in operation and analysing the effectiveness of utilization of new technology, mechanization, and way of working.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current operations processes in all value chains to identify problems and inefficiencies as input for future improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest operational processes to automate and modernize systems.
• Oversee the post roll-out stage of approved process improvements and new technology/mechanization.
• Conduct presentations and provide reports to the Head of Concept Development to share ideas and findings.
• Perform requirement analysis on new concepts/solutions developed by the Concept Lead.
• Assist the Concept Lead during the Desk Study stage of projects.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Electrical/Machine/Math/Physics).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Operational Excellence from IT Consulting (e.g., Big 4 like Accenture, Capgemini, ABeam, or firms such as Telkomsigma, Xapiens).
• Preferably have led an AI-related development project or IoT project.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta.
