About the role

As a Sales Associate, Sales Supervisor, or Store Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect fit and style.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed appropriately.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to support the overall success of the store.

Requirements

• Passion for retail and sustainability.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
