New Store Opening - Sales, Customer Service or Stock - Mansfield Crossing Rack

About the role

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor
• Tell customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, Nordstrom Rewards program, and mailing list
• Organize and return stockrooms, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
• Work with the team to keep the sale's floor "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer’s orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Provide general support to the store, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures

• A calm head in a busy retail environment
• The ability to use a variety of technology and new computer applications
• The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock Support Role)
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Qualifications

• Passport (for international applicants)
• Valid driver’s license (for Stock Support Role)

Skills

Pay

The pay range for this role is $18.15 - $18.85 hourly. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this role will be flexible based on business needs.
