New Post: Research Fellow (Brexit and Administrative Justice) at the Public Law Project

HealthcareFull-time

This one-year research fellowship offers an opportunity for an exceptional candidate to conduct a supervised research project on the theme of administrative justice after Brexit.

About the role

The fellowship is open to candidates who have successfully completed a doctorate in public/administrative law (or a related area) and is ideal for someone at an early stage of their research career. Candidates without a PhD but with substantial alternative research experience will also be considered.

The Research Fellow will contribute to a project on administrative justice after Brexit. While the project framework is predefined, the Research Fellow will take ownership of the research and receive appropriate credit for their role. The project aims to produce two major outputs: a policy report and an academic article, along with other minor outputs.

More broadly, the Research Fellow will support the Public Law Project’s (PLP) expanding research functions, including developing PLP’s expertise on Brexit. The role also provides experience in developing impact-based research in an academic context.
