We provide one-on-one services to children diagnosed with Autism across home, school, and clinic settings, helping them build skills that make a lasting difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings

Requirements

• A heart for helping children and families
• Resilience under stress and challenges
• Motivation to learn and grow
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
