About the role

These positions are very active, progressive, and results-driven. They focus on supporting individuals recovering from conditions such as strokes, concussions, and brain injuries within community settings.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with safety, organization skills, medical and therapeutic rehab homework, medication reminders, and social entertainment.
• Supporting clients in finding meaningful employment, managing money, and developing social skills.
• Connecting clients with job opportunities and resources.
• Ensuring regular drug screenings for clients.

Requirements

• One to two years of health care experience.
• A valid driver’s license and car.
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Dress code as per company policy.
• Experience helping people recovering from strokes, concussions, and brain injuries.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
