New Mexico (remote) School-Based Social Worker for 2026-2027 School Year

About the Role

TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students during school hours and is currently hiring licensed and experienced LCSWs or LMSWs on a contractual (1099 position) basis. We also seek bilingual (Spanish) social workers for additional compensation. No telepractice experience is required!

Requirements

• Providers should be independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working on their own computers from home
• Excellent communication skills via email and phone
• Full licensure in your state of residence, allowing independent clinical practice
• Full licensure in state(s) where TPL is hiring, or willingness to become licensed
• Public Education Department's Education Certification required (an active NM PED credential is required for this position; we can reimburse fees to obtain this if you do not hold this credential)
• Functional understanding of electronic devices
• A reliable Internet connection and a private space or office, free from distractions, in which to practice

• Experience with school-based practice
• Experience providing remote, virtual services
• Bilingual (Spanish)
