Arizona (remote) School-Based Social Worker for 2026-2027 School Year

About the Role

TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students during school hours. This is a fully remote, contractual (1099) position for licensed and experienced LCSWs or LMSWs. Bilingual (Spanish) social workers are sought for additional compensation. As an independent contractor, you can choose the school days and hours you work, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives. No prior telepractice experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy services to students during school hours.
• Work independently from home using your own computer.
• Maintain excellent communication via email and phone.
• Adhere to licensing requirements in your state of residence and the state(s) where TalkPath Live is hiring.

Requirements

• Full licensure as an LCSW or LMSW in your state of residence.
• Full licensure in state(s) where TalkPath Live is hiring, or willingness to become licensed.
• Functional understanding of electronic devices and a reliable internet connection.
• A private, distraction-free space or office for practice.
• Independent, creative, and flexible mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with school-based practice.
• Experience providing remote, virtual services.
• Bilingual (Spanish) for additional compensation.
