New Joiners

Due to the continued expansion of our secured long-term work bank, an exciting opportunity exists for Entry Level Operatives to join our team. No previous experience is needed for this role as full training will be provided to progress your career through our Lantra Approved Training Division VMT.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors as part of a team
• Adapt to varying tasks and demonstrate hard work
• Learn and apply vegetation management and fencing techniques (desirable)
• Adhere to health and safety protocols
• May be required to work one weekend per month if needed

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Punctual timekeeping
• Desire to work outdoors
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Adaptable and hard working
• Loyal and keen to learn

Desirable Skills

• Vegetation Management experience
• Fencing experience
• Mechanical understanding
• Understanding of Health and Safety

Pay

• Base salary: £25,500 per annum
• Initial training bonus: £4,000
• Up to £5,100 per annum additional performance-related bonus (available after passing probation period)
• Total potential annual earnings before overtime: £30,600
