About the role
Uniti is hiring a long-term temporary sales & corporate recruiter responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and proactive outbound sourcing for sales and corporate roles across Uniti. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring process from intake through offer, while also providing interview scheduling, process training, and day-to-day hiring support. At Uniti, recruiter support is closely aligned with HRBP partnership and business leadership needs. This is a temporary position and will not be eligible for Company sponsored Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including conducting kick off meetings, developing sourcing strategies, proactively identifying passive talent, screening, interviewing, offer development, and pre-employment coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensure smooth and professional experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
- Provide consultative hiring support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including market insight, candidate evaluation, and process recommendations.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and a positive experience.
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs and maintain ongoing engagement with passive candidates.
- Support offer creation, negotiation, and closing in partnership with HR and business leaders.
- Ensure recruiting activities are documented accurately in systems and carried out in alignment with company processes and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of role types, with heavy experience recruiting all levels of sales professionals preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing experience, including proven success with outbound sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other talent channels.
- Excellent organization, communication, and scheduling coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Familiarity with employment practices, hiring compliance, and candidate experience best practices.

Pay
The starting compensation range for this job is $43,500 to $60,000. Pay for this role is based on factors such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
