New Jersey – Junior Litigation Associate
Fisher Phillips’ rapidly growing New Jersey office is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring a desire to grow their practice under the mentorship of seasoned attorneys while taking on meaningful, client-facing work immediately.
About the Role
Qualified candidates will have experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution, including:
- Drafting and responding to pleadings
- Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy
- Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations
While prior employment law experience is preferred, we are equally interested in litigators from other defense-side complex litigation practices who demonstrate a strong interest in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.

- Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars

Pay
The yearly salary range for this position is $155,000 - $170,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
