Responsibilities
- Learn and apply company sales processes, contracts, procedures, and policies
- Possess and demonstrate strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
- Successfully complete all components of the Sales Trainee Program
- Develop strong knowledge of product lines, floor plans, communities, and local amenities
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers; conduct model home tours
- Maintain a polished and inviting model home environment
- Support the sales team in daily activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Results-driven with a solid work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and approachable demeanor
- Organized, dependable, and self-directed
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Previous sales and customer service experience required (retail or service industry preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business or related field ideal)
