Responsibilities

Drees Homes is seeking an energetic, customer-focused New Home Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong relationships, and deliver an exceptional homebuying experience in the Indianapolis area.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while representing company products in alignment with established policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtors through outreach, office visits, marketing efforts, and follow-up
  • Host and attend events to promote communities and generate leads
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product lines, home designs, communities, and local amenities
  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers; conduct model home tours and presentations
  • Maintain a polished, inviting, and well-presented model home environment
  • Guide customers through site selection, home plans, and structural options
  • Utilize sales tools, contracts, CRM systems, and reporting processes effectively
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support sales success

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of sales success required
  • New home sales experience preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience conducting comparative market analysis (CMA)
  • A high school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree preferred
