New Home Sales Consultant - Forney

Sell the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas

Train will be provided

Establish partnerships with local real estate agents and brokerages through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow up

Attend real estate networking functions

Host real estate functions

Become an expert on the company's product lines, subdivisions and relative community facilities

Greet all prospective customers who enter the model home

Tour prospective customers, learning their needs and selling the features of the home appropriately

Keep model home site well maintained and presentable at all times, including adhering to company standards for the presentation of marketing materials

Qualifications Required

  • Energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven sales professional who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, meeting personal and professional goals as well as providing a top-level experience for all customers
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Adaptive to new technology
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to make connections with potential customers and make them feel comfortable

  • Familiar with basic computer programs, especially Outlook and Excel

Sales experience is preferred, but is not required to be in real estate

This position requires weekend and evening hours.
