About the Role

Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on patient care within medical-surgical units, including specialties such as neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, telemetry, and oncology.
- Engaging in clinical training, mentorship, and skill development through classroom instruction and preceptor support.
- Assessing, prioritizing, and managing diverse patient conditions while collaborating with healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- New graduates encouraged to apply; prior hospital experience preferred for some units.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform clinical duties involving standing, walking, and patient assistance.
