About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a residency-trained, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director
  • Treat active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals using modern, evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
  • Benefit from resources including a squat rack, a Rogue sled, Smart Cuffs blood flow restriction equipment, and progressive loading tools
  • Participate in a professional revenue share model that connects clinicians with other professionals like physicians

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks in a high-stress environment

$86,500 - $93,000 per year
