New Grad Nurse Residency - Labor and Delivery

About the Role

The Nurse Residency Program offers a comprehensive, paid training experience for newly licensed nurses to develop clinical and critical thinking skills in a supportive environment focused on professional growth, patient satisfaction, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor ongoing status.
• Perform procedures, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient-centered care based on established nursing models.

Requirements

• RN or Graduate Nurse license in the relevant state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Possibility of travel for training purposes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to patient care.
