New Grad Dentist

About the Role

The primary practice location is Anniston, with support provided at our Alexander City location 2 days per week and Boaz as needed. The preferred schedule is Tuesday–Friday, with flexibility for candidates interested in a 5-day work week.

You will focus on patient care with complete clinical independence while we handle Clinical Development, Marketing, IT, HR, Operations Management, Compliance, Accounting & Finance, and other practice aspects. This role offers a rewarding career with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide appropriate treatment for patients while adhering to the highest standards for patient care.
• Educate patients and guardians on maintaining proper oral health and outline goals for both medical and dental health considerations.
• Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere to help patients feel comfortable with treatment and encourage patient retention.
• Partner with all team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Hold a current, or be willing to obtain, the Dentist licensure and certifications required by the state, with no adverse actions.
