New Grad Dentist

About the role

We are seeking a New Grad Dentist who shares our passion for patient care, education, and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a new dentist looking to build clinical confidence while receiving dedicated mentorship and support. The position is based out of our Montgomery practice, with coverage for our Clanton office and occasional coverage at our Tuscaloosa location.

The preferred schedule is Tuesday–Friday, though we offer flexibility for candidates seeking a different schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide the appropriate treatment for patients while holding to the highest standards for patient care
• Educate patients and guardians on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
• Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with receiving treatment and encourage patient retention
• Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Hold a current, or willing to obtain, the Dentist licensure and certifications required by the state, with no adverse actions
