About the role

This opportunity is ideal for a new dentist looking to develop clinical confidence while receiving hands-on mentorship and support. The role is based in our Dothan practice with support across both our Dothan and Enterprise offices. You’ll focus on patient care with complete clinical independence while we handle Clinical Development, Marketing, IT, HR, Operations Management, Compliance, Accounting & Finance, and other operational aspects.
The preferred schedule is Tuesday–Friday, with 2 days in Dothan and 2 days in Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and provide appropriate treatment for patients while adhering to the highest standards for patient care.
- Educate patients and guardians on maintaining proper oral health and outline goals for both medical and dental health considerations.
- Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to encourage comfort and retention.
- Partner with all team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Hold a current (or willingness to obtain) Dentist licensure and certifications required by the state, with no adverse actions.
- New graduate dentist preferred.
