New England Urology | High Robotic Surgery Volume
About the role
AMN Healthcare seeks a Robotics‑Trained Urologist to join an established practice in Augusta, Maine. This opportunity focuses on reestablishing and growing a robotic surgery program with significant unmet demand and an established referral base. You will join a collaborative team of three urologists and three advanced practice providers serving a large regional referral base. Leadership anticipates immediate patient demand for an incoming robotic surgeon, with substantial opportunity to build a high‑volume robotic and oncology‑focused practice. Current robotic urology cases are leaving the market, creating an immediate need for a surgeon interested in robotic oncology, minimally invasive urology, and practice growth. Existing demand includes robotic prostatectomy, kidney cancer surgery, bladder cancer surgery, robotic BPH procedures, and other advanced urologic cases.
