Urology - High Robotic Surgery Volume

Job Summary: We are seeking a Robotics-Trained Urologist to join an established practice in Augusta, Maine. This role offers an opportunity to develop and grow a high-volume robotic surgery program with significant unmet demand and an existing referral base. Responsibilities include: Performing robotic urologic surgeries such as prostatectomy, kidney and bladder cancer procedures, BPH treatments, and other advanced cases. The role involves collaborating with a team of 3 urologists and 3 APPs to serve a large regional referral network. Key benefits: a competitive salary of $565,000 plus productivity incentives, a 4-day clinical week with one administrative day, approximately 11 weeks of PTO, strong APP support, a manageable call schedule, and educational loan repayment up to $240,000.
