New Day - RN / Full Time / 7p - 7a

About the role

New Day is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Preference will be given to candidates with nursing, behavioral, or psychological experience, preferably with at least one year of experience. We are also interested in candidates with current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities

Requirements

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification preferred but not required
• Experience in nursing, behavioral, or psychological fields
• One year of relevant work experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Basic computer skills
