New Customer Concierge Professional
About the role
Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a New Customer Concierge Professional to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to customers who have had their systems installed for 30 days to 18 months. The primary responsibilities include resolving technical and billing concerns, educating customers on the full capabilities of their smart home, and ensuring a seamless journey from sale through installation.
Responsibilities
- Proactively resolve technical and billing concerns for customers
- Educate customers on the full capabilities of their smart home
- Ensure a seamless journey from sale through installation
- Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements
- Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) is a plus
- Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
