About the role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team, contributing to high-end residential projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate on new construction and renovation projects, selecting materials, curating furnishings, and ensuring design integrity aligns with client visions and lifestyle needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on new construction and renovation projects from initial design through final installation.
- Select and specify construction materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
- Blend existing client-owned items with newly sourced designer pieces to create cohesive interiors.
- Oversee design implementation to ensure quality, style, and functionality meet project standards.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver tailored, high-end residential spaces.
- Manage multiple project details, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-end residential interior design, including new construction and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Ability to curate and source custom furnishings through designer networks.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, project management, and client-relations skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury residential design.
