New Construction Commercial Sales Representative-Selling to General Contractors

Position Overview

The New Construction Sales Representative will establish and foster long-term relationships with general contractors in Denver and the surrounding areas. They will meet with decision makers to engineer a door solution for customers' facilities, develop scope of work for each proposal, and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale. Proficiency with Windows based programs and sales tools, as well as experience with Blueprints/Plans, is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years outside sales experience calling on general contractors, distribution, and industrial markets
  • Strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, coupled with prior Estimating experience generating proposals and submittals is a plus; however, not required if capable of learning the process of working with technical applications

Pay Range

The anticipated pay range for this position is $60,409 - $90,613 USD per year.
