New Case Coordinator

Jacoby & Meyers, a leading consumer protection law firm, is seeking a New Case Coordinator to work remotely on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Refer clients to medical treatment such as physical therapy or chiropractor.
• Confirm clients have scheduled appointments with medical providers.
• Obtain or reconfirm necessary details of how the incident occurred.
• Research incident details and location when clients have limited information.
• Report incidents to all parties' insurance companies and obtain claim information.
• Review documents received from investigators and enter data into ACT.
• Process a minimum of 125 cases from intake through case management.
• Ensure all retainer documents are properly signed and filed.
• Follow up with clients daily to receive all relevant information.
• Send referral communication emails to firms we are referring leads to and update ACT with client information.
• Meet in person with clients coming into the office to sign up.
• Review files and send SR1 when needed.
• Send Letters of Representation to all parties' insurance companies.
• Save all documents and photos to client folders and ensure proper labeling.
• Draft and send sub‑out letters for clients who have a prior attorney.
• Build strong rapport with clients and make a great first and lasting impression.

Pay

$20 per hour.
