We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "What We Do At GoGuardian", "What It's Like to Work at GoGuardian", "The Role", "What You'll Do", "Who You Are", "What We Offer". According to instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to these headings where appropriate. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from "The Role" paragraph). Responsibilities (from "What You'll Do"). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (from "Who You Are"). Benefits (from "What We Offer"). Pay (salary range). Schedule? Not mentioned. So we can omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Please share this with your friends..." etc. Also remove "#BI-Remote". Also remove "What We Do At GoGuardian" and "What It's Like to Work at GoGuardian"? Those are not required headings but could be considered "About the company". However instructions only list specific headings; we could still include them if they have content, but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but they say "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying those are the expected headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we need to map content to those. Thus sections: - About the role: from "The Role" paragraph (maybe also first two paragraphs? but those are about company). We'll put the description of the role. - Responsibilities: from "What You'll Do" bullet list (but it's prose sentences separated by periods). We'll convert to
  • each responsibility. - Requirements: maybe combine "Who You Are" into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. Could split: Requirements (experience, years), Qualifications (proven success, track record), Skills (specific skills). But we can also just have one Requirements section with list. However instructions prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into Requirements (including qualifications and skills). But they gave separate headings; we can include multiple if content exists. Let's see: "Who You Are" includes many bullet-like sentences: proven success, quota-carrying, 3+ years tech sales, demonstrated history of achieving quota, experience selling into complex multi-stakeholder..., ability to independently create qualified pipeline..., strong strategic account planning..., strong discovery..., ability to understand..., commercial judgment..., ability to build relationships..., strong analytical skills..., highly collaborative..., strong written and verbal..., willingness to embrace methodology. We could split into Requirements (experience, years), Qualifications (proven success, track record), Skills (specific abilities). But many overlap. To keep few sections, maybe just Requirements (including qualifications and skills). But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we do: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We'll omit Qualifications, Skills separately. Now Benefits: from "What We Offer": competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k) matching, employee equity plan, flexible time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, wellness days, paid year-end holiday break, robust catalog of benefits supporting professional growth and personal well being, including work from home funds, fertility & adoption reimbursement, etc. Also intangible: varied challenging role, supportive colleagues. We'll list as
    • . Pay: salary range: typical annual base salary range combined with variable pay results in total target earnings (OTE) of between $160,000 and $170,000. Commission uncapped. Also note base pay range for new hire. We'll include that. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive information. Now produce HTML fragment: no /, no markdown fences. We'll output:

      Pay

The typical annual base salary range for this position, combined with variable pay, results in total target earnings (OTE) of between $160,000 and $170,000. Commission for this role is uncapped, meaning there is additional earning potential above the stated OTE based on performance. We must ensure no extra sections like Schedule. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for any duplicated content: we included all substantive info. Did we miss anything like "What We Do At GoGuardian" and "What It's Like to Work at GoGuardian"? Those are company description; not required per headings; we omitted. That's okay because we are not required to include them; but we might be losing some substantive info about company mission. However instructions say preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit those paragraphs, we are losing substantive info about the company. However the instruction about headings says use those headings for sections; but we could still include a section like "About the company" using

but not in the list? The list says e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but they say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies those are the expected headings; but we could still add other headings if needed. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding an extra section about company might be okay but could be considered thin? It's substantive though. But the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but the examples are those. Usually they'd want us to map content to those headings. The company description could go under "About the role"? Not really. Could be part of "About the role"? Might be okay to
